How do I redeem my voucher code?

Go to the provided website link through the voucher purchased in warehouse or the link provided in the voucher redemption email for any online purchases. Simply select the desired game and enter the voucher code OR enter the voucher code first, then select your desired game.

Can I redeem multiple voucher codes at one time?

Currently, this depends on the ticketing provider. Please enter your voucher code and if your checkout allows, you may enter an additional. If you are unable to, please check out with one voucher code, then refresh the page and enter another code.

When do tickets get delivered?

Delivery timelines will be communicated in your confirmation email when your voucher is redeemed.

How can I access my tickets?

After redeeming your voucher code through FEVO, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to access your tickets.

Why don't tickets get delivered through FEVO?

FEVO integrates with each team’s official ticketing providers and acts as the transactor for all tickets. Once the ticket is purchased through FEVO, the tickets will come through the official ticketing provider. Costco members can view their order details through FEVO’s support portal, MyFEVO.com.

What if I don't see my confirmation email once the voucher has been redeemed?

Please log in to FEVO’s support portal, MyFEVO.com. Once logged in, you can view ticket order details in addition to your confirmation email. If you are unable to find your order, select the yellow “Need Help?” button and submit a question with the Issue Type ”Costco Redemption.” You will receive a response within 1-2 business days from FEVO Support.

What if i cannot log in to MyFEVO.com?

If you are unable to submit a ticket through your MyFEVO account, please email costcosupport@fevo.com with your voucher code, name, and Costco issue.


Can I reach out to the ticketing provider if I have questions regarding my order?

We recommend reaching out to the team’s dedicated contact email address or to reach out through FEVO’s customer support portal, MyFEVO.com.


How long does it take to receive communication from FEVO once a support request is submitted?

FEVO will contact you within 1-2 business days of receiving the request.
